Job Summary
- Good understanding of all stages of software development Life Cycle.
- Good understanding & exposure of multiple platforms and understanding of JIRA and AGILE workflow
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Good knowledge in manual testing through test case estimation, test case preparation and test reporting.
- Very good at completing the assigned testing tasks on time.
- Ability to learn and implement quickly
- Prepare detailed defects report.
- Good communication skills and documentation skills
- Good to have knowledge in both Web application and mobile application testing, test management tool, defect management tool and test metrics.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Desktop Apps, Web Apps and Mobile Apps Testing.
- Person should have Ability to effectively use test case management and defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge in tools similar to Hantis, Bugzilla, Test link, and Smoke testing, DB testing, Apache testing is a plus.
- Ability to create test scenarios, cases & scripts from requirements and execute test cases.
- Candidate should keep track of SDLC & STLC and its phases
- Should have good logical, analytical, problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces.
- Detailed knowledge of Manual Testing.
- Should be Pro-active, self-starter, takes initiative.
- Should have ability to work with minimal guidance.
