ENGAGEMENT BASED ON A PROJECT

For those who have a one-off/pilot project with well-defined criteria and deliverables, we suggest a project-based interaction model. Using this engagement model, you'll have a full-fledged team at Supreme Technologies complete your project.

OUR DEDICATED DEVELOPMENT TEAM

We will have a dedicated team to complement your in-house production tools. Depending on your needs, we assemble dedicated teams with the requisite number of team members, project managers, equipment, and facilities.

APPROACH BASED ON SLA

For long-term projects with clearly defined constraints and specifications, the SLA-driven model is suggested. We take full responsibility for the entire service management as well as the agreed-upon SLAs, as per the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Supreme Technologies.

PRICES ARE SET IN STONE

When the project's scope and requirements are fairly straightforward, Supreme Technologies provides consumers a fixed price/fixed scope model. We identify planned deliverables and timelines in this low-risk model in order to settle a mutually agreed fixed price. This pricing model can also be used for Agile projects. Short user stories are used to break down the scope. Regardless of the scale of the story, we are charged the price based on the story size decided during the planning session.

TIME AS WELL AS MATERIAL

We choose the Time & Material Model because it gives you more flexibility and allows you to change project specifications on the fly to reflect changing market conditions. This model is ideal for large projects with a lot of specification and design changes. This model calls for hourly payments, which are agreed upon when the contract is signed. The team size can be adjusted at any time, allowing the project's cost and timeframe to be optimised.

MILESTONE BILLING

We suggest this choice for complex, long-term projects with clearly specified phases and payment schedules based on either time or milestones. As each milestone is achieved, the client is reimbursed either a portion of the total project cost or a pre-determined amount agreed upon prior to the start of the project. This model allows for improved progress tracking and eliminates the uncertainties that come with large-scale software projects.
