Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who has good experience in project management.
As a Project Manager, you will develop the people on your teams to help them achieve their
career goals while also fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and accountability.
Required experience and qualifications:
- Graduation preferred
- 8-10 years (IT company-based experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and management
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Desired Skills:
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
